Rachel and I had known each other for years, but I had never fully bought into the idea of coaching. The first time Rachel and I talked about The Limit DNE, I was in a role where I had achieved growth in responsibility and income but was severely burnt out and unsure if I could ever achieve balance while maintaining my ambition.

With Rachel’s guidance, I landed a role in an industry I’m passionate about with an amazing culture, which also came with a step up in leadership responsibilities and a substantial pay raise. I gained confidence in setting boundaries. I can confidently say “I love my job” for the first time in years. I’ve worked through challenging feedback and better defined my personal brand and leadership style. During the entire process, Rachel met me where I was at with a balance of compassion and challenging me to grow.
